Return Policy – The Mod Hanger

At The Mod Hanger, we want you to love every piece you purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns must be initiated and received within 14 days of receiving your item(s).

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

• Inspection: If items appear worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way, the return will not be approved and no refund will be issued.

• Refunds: Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. No exceptions.

• Return Shipping Fee: A $3.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit. The customer is responsible for this cost.

All Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Because these items are deeply discounted or limited in quantity, no store credit, exchange, or refund will be issued for any reason.
